Versioned DSS
We have DSS which holds URL's for service pathes and XSD schemes. For now we are developing several versions of our application simultaneously on the same instance.
There is a need that DSS point to different URL's according to application version.
Does anybody have experience in making versionable rules in Pega? How to make DSS rules versionable? Are there other approaches?

DSS is data instance and hence it is not versioned. If your requirment is to only use different values of DSS values based on your application version, you may consider set the DSS dynamically based on your application version. See an example with OOTB function: getDataSystemSetting

Having a common DSS with several value is the whole concept of DCR and thats how DCR is implemented in Pega.
Create a Data page, call a DT and then set value of a property depending on certain condition which can be your application name as well.
