values are not populating for the optimized property

I have optimized the few properties , after optimizing I am not getting values in the RD for the cases which are created newly.

Can anybody tell me.

Hello, 

Maybe you will get values for cases created after your optimization but not for the ones created before. You will need a repopulate job here maybe.

Is it a single value property or a property inside a page? If it's a property inside a page, could you please check the external mapping in the class rule.
