value list proprty in a Localized label
Hello,
the context :
I am using HistoryAdd method in an activity to get an historisation. I am getting a pyHistoryMemo as a category in this method.
The question :
As memo I am creating a Localized label and I would pass a property which is a value list. How we do it ?
Is it possible to loop in the memo ? I would like to pass part of the response : " La réponse est KO. {.TMsgsCreatPartnerError()} "
Where {.TMsgsCreatPartnerError()} is a value list, and the list length is between 2 and 10 ? So i want the memo to get all the error messages. I dont want to save the whole webservice response.

To my understanding, what you are trying to do is to create a parameterized field value in which the parameter is a value list and you want to iterate over it. As of now, we don't have an option to loop inside a Field value.

Hi Shahi, thank you for your answer.
I was merely hoping that the value list would be considered as a text like the pega text property.
I guess that pega engine convert the property text via a Java ToString() fonction. By extension I was thinking that Pega would be able to do the same operation with a value list property.
The solution I reach (and I am not proud of it) was to concatenate the value list in a property (via a loop in a datatransform). It met the requirement , but I have no control on the view displayed.
Let me know, if you have a better method.

I couldn't think of a better method for this. I think what you have in place solves your use case.

I guess another approach would be to transform your Value List in a Page List but this could be quite impacting for your development.
