Validating data against business logic -8.4 

Hi , 

The module quiz under Validating data against business logic has the below question : 

The question here is How would you configure the case type to perform the data validation described in this scenario?

the scenario says the case does not enter the Loan stage.so how can the answer to the question be configure business logic in Loan stage.

 

Please clarify.
