What is the valid Proposition(Pega Decision Management) between below two options?

Ans 1) No Annual fee

Ans 2) Credit Card Status

In Pega Decision Management, propositions are anything that can be offered to a customer. This can include things like advertisements, products, offer bundles, even service actions. Whatever is presented to the customer as the Next‐Best‐Action is called a proposition. The actual definition is: “The proposed course of action.” Given the definition I would have to pick Ans 1) No Annual fee as I am assuming this is an offer for a No Annual fee credit card.
