v21 Preview - new install

I performed a clean install of V21 (deleted the %appdata% and %program% data folders.  The commonconfig has a few formatting errors.  

 

     <Server name="RobotManager" baseURL="http://mypega.com:8080/prweb" enabled="True" proxyAddress="&quot;&quot;" RPA="true" suppressNotificationsForRPA="false" authenticationType="Basic" RPAServiceOperator="RPAOperator" workgroup="&quot;&quot;" robotName="{MachineName}"/>  

This appears to repeat anywhere that the value should be "": empty string.
