Using PostgreSQL on Google Cloud Platform
Hi all,
we have to install Pega Platform 8.1 on GCP and deploy an application that should be able to connect with legacy RMI services.
Reading the "81_PlatformSupportGuide_September2018.pdf" document, on page 11, note 4, is written: "PostgreSQL is only supported for the Tomcat webserver, or JBoss with WAR installations only.".
Our question is: using PostgreSQL prevent us of using Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) and, then, integrate with RMI services (that is possible only using deploying EAR)?
Regards,
Antonio
