Using datatype(data table) how to do translation in UI

Hi,

In UI, we need to display some detailed description for each code. code and descriptions are stored in Datatype (data table) and code is served by external database.

Need some suggestion, how to achieve it.

I know pega does translation in ICD9 and ICD 10 codes, want to know how we can do for custom codes.
