deleting datatypes and felds
Hi techies,
I am a newbie to pega. please guide me how to delete datatypes and properties.
when i try to delete , it is simply deleting from application explorer , and when i try to create it again with same name it is saying this instance already exists.(means it's still alive in backend)
please give detail steps to delete from back end as well both "data types" and "properties/fields"

Hello,
Well I guess you could try to go to System --> Refactor --> Classes
Then you could just delete the class associated with your DataType.

First you need to delete all the properties in data class.
Delete all instances if any exists
Open Class rule , Delete from actions menu
