The use of Pega Robotics in Traps-enabled environment
Has anyone encountered the phenomenon that the IE interrogation fails because of the Traps process? Traps is security software created by Palo Alto.
If yes, how could we work it around? Which Pega processes or *.exe files should be specified?

The customer is also asking for a help on this to Palo Alto Networks, a vendor of Traps, but the problem has not been resolved yet. Any past experiences on how we could avoid the intervention of Traps to make Pega Robotics work?
