Use External authentication flag in Operator
Dears,
For the 'Use External Authentication' flag in every operator id, is there a corresponding DB table column that could be made true or false to handle many operators at a single shot by an update to the database.
Since Pega is DB based, i am thinking there should be a corresponding entry somewhere in DB to make this work easy.
Please help if you know of any.

If we select this checkbox operator will be authenticated only through LDAP or other external authentication facilities
i think this value will be stored in operatorID table.

Hello,
I don't think the flag "Use External Authentication" or corresponding property has been exposed (with a proper column on pr_operators table. I think it is on the BLOB.
So you may have to create an activity to automatically open Operators records and change that flag.

Hi,
Even if the column is exposed and you update the particular column using DB scripts, it wont work because BLOB will still contain the old value. You have to update the complete operator record. This is applicable for any record which has BLOB column.
