Urgency is not updated

Hi,

I am facing an issue where the urgency is not updated once the GOAL and deadline dates are passed.

Is the issue occurring consistently? If it is, then you can trace the ServiceLevelEvents agent and check the processing details. If it is not consistent, do you see any patterns when it occurs?
