Urgency not displayed in workqueue / worklist

I have configured  SLA on process tab for screen flow but WO level urgency and urgency on screenflow SLA is getting added and being displayed as WO level urgency.

How to display the urgency in workqueue ?

@dd002 did you add that urgency column to work queue report definition? You can do class join with work class to get the urgency column.
