Upgrade utilities

Hi,

I am looking to download the Zip file for the Upgrade utilities to Pega 7. I know it exist somewhere on the PDN. I found a link to the PDN for this, however I am denied access although I am a Pega consultant. Any idea why?

I got confirmation of the link by a colleague as being :

Any idea why I am denied access. Is there somewhere else where I can get the zip file?
