upgrade from Pega 7.1.7 / 7.2 to Pega Infinity 24.1
Hello:
We currently have applications on Pega 7.1.7 and 7.2 on-prem, and are looking to upgrade to Pega Infinity 24.1. Can we do direct upgrade or do we have to go via Pega 8.x (e.g 8.6) first before going to Infinity?
Please advice.

You can directly upgrade to infinity 24.1. Please make sure underlying hardware supports the Pega infinity 24.1. For more details refer: https://docs.pega.com/bundle/platform/page/platform/deployment/platform-support-guide/platform-support-guide.html
