Upgrade: Manager Tools > Reassign Work > Missing "X" "-" on Top Right
In our upgraded envs (7.4 platform/ 7.1.3 CPMHC framework), noticed that "x" and "-" is missing from the top right corner in the Reassign Work under Manager Tools.
I've checked the harness CPMManagerBulkActionsHarness and see the action icons but at runtime time it does display. The icons do not have an visibility conditions tied and nothing comes up in tracer. Checked the DOM/Inspector I see the harness loading.
If anyone can suggest how have those icons appear, a quick response would be appreciated.

Hello,
I cross checked CPMManagerBulkActionsHarness harness rule in Pega CS 7.4 and don't find the icons which you had pointed in your screenshots as shown in my attachment. Can you cross check in your tracer whether the same rule is being picked and also can you try to revalidate and save this rule before running your usecase. Let us know your update post this steps.

Thank you for your reply. I revalidated and saved the rule prior to opening this discussion - it didn't work. I'm guessing the icons must of been added on in our rsv. Ill have to crosscheck on that. But it seems to be showing now, don't know the root-cause of it. Will keep an eye on it and update it disappears again.

Yes, there is a possibility of this rule being overridden into your ruleset as its not final and you should check the respective rule by using LiveUI/tracer.
