Pega Upgrade: Need help to understand gaps of Azure SQL Database
We are currently on-prem with oracle DB Pega 7x and migrating to Azure with Pega 8.7.
We want to use MS Sql as PaaS in azure but cannot use Azure Managed Instance. Which leaves us with Azure SQL Db.

As per Pega Update Guide , Azure SQL Database is supported with Gaps for 8.7, so we wanted to check one of the gaps mentioned :
Azure SQL Database only allows database-level access, and does not have access to instance-scoped (server-level) features like service broker, SQL Server Agent, and others.
We urgently need to understand if Pega is using instance-scoped (server-level) features - is the Pega engine or code utilizing any features that can be hampered by using Azure sql database?
