Upgrade issue : Database Test connection
We are performing version upgrade from pega 7.1.9 to pega 7.3.1. while doing test connection in IUA tool, its giving the error as below,
Exception testing connection
com.pega.pegarules.util.deploy.databasecontentchecker.
PFA, error message for the same. Kindly advise what we are missing here.

Hi Nagaraj,
Could you please share the values that are being provided in your IUA screen along with the database name/version which you are using, etc.
This helps us to understand the root cause of your issue.

Based on your screenshot it looks like you are using the Websphere app server and Oracle database. If so then the configuration which is specified in the Upgrade document is as follows,
Oracle:
JDBC driver JAR file — ojdbc7.jar
Database driver class — oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver
Database vendor type — oracledate
JDBC URL — Use either the service name or the SID: url="jdbc:oracle:thin:@host:port/service-name" url="jdbc:oracle:thin:@host:port:SID"
So kindly cross check in the upgrade document steps and do the changes accordingly.
