DataBase connection Error

Problem encountered when getting a database connection:code:20 SQLState:61000 Message:The network
Adapter could not establish the connection

Test connectivity is failing due to the above error.

could you please help on this?

Hi,

I suggest that you review the database details configured in the database rule. 

Verify whether you are able to connect to database using the same details outside pega using sql developer.
