Upgrade from 7.3 to 8.4, Launch harness as pop up window, window name is not same as 7.3

We upgraded recently from 7.3 to 8.4. In 7.3 the pop up names are showing as name of the pxObjClass of the work object the pop up is being launched from plus the work object ID.

I verified OOTB History and Attachments pop up which shows the browser name as above but it doesn't work for Custom harness in our application. It only shows the short description of the harness name as the pop up name. Is there any script that needs to be updated and also how it works OOTB?

There could be some deprecated rules used in the custom portal or the ootb scripts might've updated. Update the portal with latest rules/scripts.
