Updated pyStatusWork value in DB is not getting updated on portal
Hi Team,
I have open a case through portal and on clipboard pyStatusWork is in pending-submit. Now I am trying to resolve the case through and updating in DB and pyStatusWork is Resolved-Completed.
I am trying to close the open case after clicking on close button from portal. Can we get the pyStatusWork updated details from DB on clicking on close button ?

@Raghav Jha . when run the query from DB. it will update only the exposed columns. it won't update blob.
Update the case though obj-save. it will update blob and exposed columns.

@Raghav JhaYou can call the pxForceCaseClose activity on the Close button to resolve the case and pass "Resolved-Completed" as a param for WorkStatus.
