I am unable to watch troubleshooting videos (https://community.pega.com/video-library/troubleshooting) because of the below mentioned issue. I have tried out different web browsers as well.

If you're having difficulty playing the videos and have tried Incognito/SafeMode on your multiple browsers to no avail, I would suggest clicking the "Contact Us" button on the right pane of the Troubleshooting Videos page and that will route the issue to the appropriate team.
