Unable to play all videos

Hi All,

I am unable to play all the videos in the exercise. Iam able to play some videos. For example Iam able to play "Introduction to repeating layer" but unable to play "Demo:repeating layer" video.

Error: Error loading media, file could not be played.

Please provide a resolution for this issue.

Dear Sharme,

 

If you have problem playing the video, you may want to consider using an alternative video player.

 

Go to the Set Preferences menu:

 

Select brightcove video player and dismiss the window:

 

Please try the above and let me know if it works for you.
