Unable to view backgroungcheck step after importing the jar file from PDN.

Hi Dillep, Thanks for quick response. I found that My candidate case was created in different class, I just renamed that using refactor tool and now I can see them in same screen.

Hi Santhosh,
Back ground check is the step in the case candidate.It willnot appear in the app explorer. In app explorer you will be able to see the properties and all the remaining rules which are used in the case. For the steps, you have to go cases and click on the candidate case. There you will find the steps in the case.
