Unable to configure Steps behaviours

After creating the steps on a stage, I am trying to configure the step by clicking "Configure Steps behaviour". but I am unable to configure it and getting error.

This error got fixed. If i click through mouse I was getting the error. But when I navigate through keyboard I didn't get this error.
