Unable to update RuntimeConfig XML file

I'm facing issue in updating the RuntimeConfig.xml and StudioConfig.xml files in "C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenSpan\OpenSpan Studio for Microsoft Visual Studio 2015" folder. Every time i try to edit the files i'm getting an error saying "Please check if this file is opened in another program". Due to this reason i'm unable to perform the integration between Pega Designer Studio and Pega Robotics Studio. See attached document for more information.

If you are trying to edit the file in the Program Files folder, you will likely need to edit it as an admin. In the past I have also had to save it to my desktop and then copy it into the program files folder to trigger the User Access Control window from Windows.
