Distributing RuntimeConfig.xml

Is it possible to copy the custom RuntimeConfig.xml to %AppData%\Openspan during the Runtime silent installation?
Do we need to use third party distribution software such as SCCM?

Our installer will create a base copy in the Program Files directory. If you wish to push a custom one, it would need to be pushed after installation using something like SCCM or other distribution methods. If you use our management console, it can also be used to push custom RuntimeConfig.xml settings as well.
