Unable to start Pega Application on both servers at a time
Hi Team, We have installed Pega on two servers for UAT environment. Individually it was working fine on both the servers. Recently we have configured load balancing setup. Now we are getting many issues with both the servers individually also. We are able to login via load balance (always going to second server only) and also we are able to login pega in second server directly. But we are not able to login in the second server even the server is up. We can see some kafka related errors in logs which are automatically getting down. But in DEV and SIT we don't even see such kafka related error logs. Only in this UAT environment we are viewing kafka logs. PFA logs for your reference. This is a UAT environment which will be replica to production in a week. Now we are facing this issue. Kindly treat this request as high prority and do the needful in resolving the issue. Note : We are using Redhat Linux 7.6, Websphere Proprietary information hidden Regards, Srikanth

Has Server Affinity (sticky session) been enabled on the load balancer?

Does both your servers runs on the same machine?

I have same issue. There is no document that can be found how to run two nodes under load balancer.

That would be your load balancer documentation.  What specific error are you seeing when you try and startup both nodes?  You should probably start your own post if your environment details are different from this original post.

That doesn't tell me anything about the actual issue you are seeing.  What happens when you start multiple JVMs?  Do they both start up fine and it is just your load balancer is configured incorrectly to access them or are you having an issue starting both at once?  If the later then what error do you see when starting both?
