Unable to Start the Server and Unable to open the URL

Hi

The main PEGA application expected to launch in the IE by clicking on the "PEGAPlatform Login" is not working. I have read through all the posts regarding the "404 error" and I also tried tweaking the network and firewall settings but still couldn't succeed. Could please someone advise what and how to do?

Could anyone please respond to my question please? I am unable to browse the PEGA Application, further due to which I am unable to practically apply any of the online trainings.

I am starting with the basic course for System Architect. The URL needs to run for me to be able to atleast login and get the hook of PRPC. 

Please advise what settings need to be performed for the URL to work.
