Unable to send mail using SMTP connector?

1) I am getting below error when I try to send mail using SMTP connector.

Error:

The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.57 SMTP; Client was not authenticated to send anonymous mail during MAIL FROM [BMXPR01CA0048.INDPRD01.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM]

2) Do I need to to set TLS/SSL for SMTP connector?

Please help with this.
