Unable to see SR's associated to other accounts at my support portal.
Unable to see SR's associated to other accounts at my support portal.
i am trying to go through SRs associated to my client account IBRD ,but system is not displaying SRs other than my account "Pegasystems'

Please note that some of the functionality discussed above is for Pega employees. However, given the nature of the question and the fact that Pega employees participate in this community for support needs as well, I see no harm in leaving this post as is.
I just wanted it to be clear to any non-employees who come across this in the future: You aren't missing something.
On the My Support Portal home page, click on the "My Accounts" link:
Here you should be able to affiliate yourself with other accounts, after which you should see SRs for that account appear.
