Unable to run install.bat file for Pega 7.4 personal edition

Hi,

While trying to run the Install.bat batch file during installation of Pega 7.4 Personal Edition, I am getting error as "Unable to access Jarfile PRPC_PE.jar". How to solve this? Please help.

Hello Sohini,

Does your installation media contain the following files?


You could also try setting JAVA_HOME or adding jar to the PATH variable to resolve this error.
