Not Able to Install Pega 7.4 Personal Edition With PostgreSQL

When I am trying to install Pega 7.4 Personal edition I amgetting some SQL error for Pega 7.4. Please help me in this regard by providing step by step as to how to configure the postgresql so that the pega 7.4 installs perfectly.

My configurations:

Windows 10 Home 64 bit

8GB RAM

PostgreSQL 11 configured in local and connection is successful

I have observed the below error in log files

    [java] Encountered database error attempting to load UDF library onto PostgreSQL, clean schema before running again.

The installation is aborted because of the issue in loading of UDF functions.

UDFs require PL/Java in Postgres. Please follow the steps mentioned in the Installation of the guide for the setup of PL/java in postgres environment.

Have you created SQLj schema in postgress?
