Unable to perform any action on the case
Hi everyone,
We're encountering an issue in our production environment where the pyWorkPage is embedded within a pagelist property. In one instance, the pyWorkPage is embedded inside the pxStageHistory pagelist, which we don't update in our application.
When attempting to click on the pyWorkPage from the clipboard, the system becomes unresponsive. I can expand the pyWorkPage and inspect other embedded pages.
I've tried to use Obj-Open-By-Handle on the case, but the step doesn't complete, and the activity ends abruptly.
I'm seeking advice on potential workarounds to remove the pagelist where the pyWorkPage is embedded and successfully save the case. Has anyone encountered a similar situation or can suggest a solution?

Please check the server logs or tracer to identify the bottleneck. This would be hard to provide a solution wtihout further insights about your application and logs.
Also, if this issue is specific to a case type ?
If this issue is consistently reproduced, consider creating an INC ticket, so they can work with you to identify the bottleneck.

Yes, the issue is specific to a particular case type. There are couple of cases like this in the production environment, and they cannot be replicated in non-production environments. Please note that approximately 6,000 cases of this type are created each month, and the issue has occurred only for a few cases thus far.
I have already raised an incident regarding this issue. The Pega GCS team has analysed the logs and concluded that it is a data issue. They are unable to provide a solution as the case is corrupted.
As I am unable to open the case from the activity, I cannot remove the problematic page list and save the case.
Please advise if there is any alternative method to remove the page list and save the case.
