Unable to Open Case using Open Activity in Work- class
I am unable to open Case by invoking Open activity in Work- class from my custom activity by passing pzInskey, Harness name etc.
My requirement is
1. We have list of cases displayed in a Repeat Grid in UI. When user clicks on a row in repeat grid, we have to check if the case is already opened by the user if not open the case.
2. It works if we use OOB Open Work by Handle Action on Repeat Grid row. It opens the case.
3. But we don't want to use this OOB action instead invoke custom activity and from it invoke Open activity in Work- class.
4. When I trace Work-Open activity is executing fine but the Case is not opened in the UI.
Any help would be appreciated.

- can we build this list similar to My worklist?
- so that only cases assigned to current logged in user will only be fetched & displayed in the grid
- and configure OOTB onClick event to open the case...

- just a random thought - while retrieving itself - can we make a join on pr_sys_locks table and filter the open cases??
- ClipboardPage tempPage = tools.findPageByHandle(tools.getParamValue("WorkObjectInsKey"));
- will return true if the pzInskey is opened/available on the clipboard on which we can decide the action event.
- drag a section with TWO layouts with this when condition in the grid...
- will return true if the pzInskey is opened/available on the clipboard on which we can decide the action event.
- the grid needs to be applied with a refresh event for ensuring the live data
- data page configured with each interaction... OR
- add "Declare_pzRecentsCache.pxUpdateDateTime Changes" as refresh condition
