@Arunkanth this is checking the old logging configuration

As a result of the upgrade from the Apache Log4j 1 logging service to the Apache Log4j 2 logging service, the name of the logging configuration file has changed from prlogging.xml to prlog4j2.xml and the format of the file has changed considerably (more info)

Check if you are using the new prlog4j2.xml, and in that case you wouldn't need prlogging.xml, so you can disregard the error

If you are on an older version or actively using prlogging.xml, check where Tomcat/Catalina is looking for the file. In my case it was (tomcat home directory)/work/Catalina/localhost/prweb

I believe you can add resolve the issue by adding "Dpegarules.logging.configuration=path/prlogging.xml" parameter to the jvm (for example in the setenv.sh file)
