The operator AL69639 did some transaction in one of the node, but we don’t see any user logging in pegarules logs. Usually the user logging happens in pega rules logs when we had prlogging.xml.

As I mentioned in SR that this is been working prlogging.xml and now it’s not logging the user transaction post prlog4j2.xml switch upon pega update 7.4.
