Unable to load RULE-OBJ-VALIDATE DATA-TESTINGBUG VALIDATE

We are getting log errors in production environment.

Unable to load RULE-OBJ-VALIDATE DATA-TESTINGBUG VALIDATE #20110712T003538.451 GMT due to Database-BadClassDef Data-TestingBug; This may cause the wrong rule to run during rule execution.

How to rectify this issue.
