Unable to launch the Oracle enterprise web application with enterprise mode on in Internet explorer

Hi,

I am trying to launch a Oracle Enterprise application in IE which needs the IE to be in enterprise mode.

When i launch manually , the application is launched correctly but in interrogation mode it freezes the IE (i can see two instances of IE )and never launches the application.

Can you please suggest any solution.
