Internet explorer is not launching

Hi,

I am using pega robot studio version 8 which is given in the free course. when i click on start interrogate studio is not launching IE browser. instead, it is showing the timeout error. even if i increase the timeout period i have been getting the same error. can anyone provide the solution for this?

Note - i am using windows 10 version 1903 and firefox, chrome browser opening but not showing interrogate window.
