Unable to interrogate file explorer

Hi,

I'm trying to interrogate the file explorer using windows adapter. whenever i click start interrogation,it is opening the file explorer. when it opens file explorer,immediately the interrogation bar is gone and the windows adapter is changed from stop interrogation to start interrogation. I need your support to resolve this error.

Any help would be appreciated.
