Unable to interact with Windows Form invoked by Web Application

I am creating an automation with a Web Adapter and everything is ok until the event a windows form appears in order to confirm an action inside the web application.

I have already interrogated these controls and I can verify they are all matched, the fact is that when I am trying to use these in an automation it doesn't work and no error appears. In conclusion, I can't interact with them in order to focus the windows form or click a child button, etc.

The automation stops the execution automatically when it arrives at some point I use these controls.

Attached would be the windows form, the object explorer showing they are matched and part of an automation where I use the controls.

PD: this automation is one of my alternatives in order to Accept the process (perform click in "Aceptar"). I have tried focusing the windows form and then clicking or send {ENTER} key, raising an event when it is created but nothing appears to work.

I hope someone could help me with this issue, thanks.

I have done that. WaitForCreate method, it appears but the function doesn't return True in the automation. Also I have tried clicking when the windows form is created but this event never triggers anything.

But when testing the controls of the Button while interrogating it, such as PerformClick, it works.

Don't use a WaitForCreate. 

Instead create a new automation that responds to the Created Event and then does your PerformClick. 

By  responding in a separate automation you will be avoiding a deadlock on the UI thread.

Can you enable logging and attach the RuntimeLog.txt from the %appdata%\openspan folder?

To enable logging:

  1. Open Pega Robotics Studio
  2. Go to Tools -> Options
  3. Then scroll down to 'Pega Robotics' and click on 'Runtime Diagnostics'
  4. Click the 'File Publisher' mode to ON if it is not already. 
  5. Then click on 'Log Categories' under 'Runtime Diagnostics'
  6. Change the option 'All Categories' to 'Verbose'.

I'll just quickly add - make sure to run the automation where it is failing after turning on the logs so that we can see what is happening.

Does the issue recreate when you toggle the web adapter's EnableMatchInProcess property to False?
