unable to find NextBestAction in NBAA portal
Hi, I am doing exercise as defined in Unit 20 of Pega Marketing Consultant course. In order to change NBA strategy priority, I need to modify NBA strategy which applies to MyCo-Data-Customer class, however when I search for NextBestAction in the search menu I just don't see anything. What could I be doing wrong? I remember having dont this successfully in previous exercise, but it isn't working now.

I could resolve this issue by uploading the environment data of previous exercise where I could successfully search for NextBestAction. I did not try today by uploading the environment data of Unit20 alone so I don't know if that would work. I shall try it tomorrow when my cloud instance is clean again.

It's working without any change. Today, I just used the environment setup of only Unit20 and saw that I could access NextBestAction from the search menu on Pega Marketing portal. I don't know what the problem a few days ago but it seems to be working perfectly fine now,
