Unable to download ServiceProvider metadata for SSO

Hi,

Recently I have enabled SSL on Tomcat that hosts PRPC. After that I get HTTP 500 error (details in attachment) when I try to download SP metadata on Edit Authentication Service page on SAML 2.0 tab. The link is https://xxxx:9080/prweb/PRRestService/WebSSO/SAML/SPMetadata/xxxx

Hello,

 

Could this be in line with the following support article?

Also, if you had selected Decryption certificate but haven't added any certificate, the activity could fail as the decryption certificate was not found. In such case you could try Removing the decrpytion certificate from SAMLAuth rule.
