Unable to download Purge/Archive file

@MarcLasserre_GCS We are 8.3.4 Pega Cloud customers. I am evaluating Case Type Archival and Purge/Archive Wizard.

I had scheduled Purge/Archive and it ran without errors and created a link to the archive file as expected. However, I am not able to download the archive file. There are no errors just the file download does not start. Any ideas?

How to access Pega cloud storage after Archive and Purge the Pega cloud application case types data.

If the documentation referenced in that post does not help, I would suggest that you check your browser UI for any errors, and failing that you can log a support incident for your respective issues.
