Unable to download excel file in popup using MSOGenarateExcelFile activity
Hi all,
I am trying to download an xls file having two work sheets using the MSOGenarateExcelFile activity, Passing the file name, xls template file name, downloaded checked.
It is working fine when I individually run that activity, but it is not working when I am using it in on Navigation rule in a pop up window.
Could you please advise me on this?

Thanks for the input, we are able to achieve this, after invoking the harness refresh before the activity is being called.

Hello,
Which version of Pega Platform are you using? When you trace in each sequence are the parameters the same at the point the activity is beginning to be processed. So further screen shots of the navigation setup might also shed light on the delta.

Hi Chandini,
Please try "On Click - Open URL in window" ,specify the activity name and check if it works.
If not then share the navigation rule configuration snapshots.
