Unable to cast COM object
Any suggestion to avoid below exception Please.
I do see the explorer hang and become not responsible after couple of navigate from automation.
Unable to cast COM object of type 'mshtml.HTMLLabelElementClass' to interface type 'mshtml.IHTMLElement'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{ }' failed due to the following error: The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)."

Is this an exception you are seeing pop-up? This is generally an exception that can be seen in the logs, but is benign for the most part.

I would suggest them that you open an SR to have a support representative examine your machine. I am unaware of any specific Windows Update that would cause an issue. Please post the SR number here for tracking purposes.

You can and should SuppressAdapterExceptions in the RuntimeConfig.xml. Search for the SuppressAdapterExceptions key. As Thomas said, adapter exceptions are usually benign and asking the user what to do when they happen is unnecessary.
Stopping and starting web adapters frequently is not a recommended practice. This has at times caused other issues.
