Unable to add latest Pega BIX Ruleset in the application
Application is on 23.1.4 , unable to add Pega-BIX:08-24
But it allows to add Pega-BIX:08-23 however unable to use Rule-Admin-Extract class and it throws prerequisite error
Need some help with this immediately

You're on Pega version 23.1.4, so you can't use the Pega-BIX:08-24 ruleset because that's built for Pega 24.x and isn't compatible. While you can add Pega-BIX:08-23, if you're getting errors like missing Rule-Admin-Extract, it usually means BIX wasn’t fully installed in your environment. To fix this, download the correct BIX installer for version 23.1.x from the Pega software site, and import it using the Import wizard in Dev Studio. After that, restart the server if needed, then add Pega-BIX:08-23 to your application ruleset stack. Once BIX is properly installed, the errors should go away and you'll be able to use the extract rules. Don’t try to force newer versions they won’t work on older platforms
