When you say labels are you talking about x-axis/y-axis or legend?

I tried below css in userworkform html fragment and running a chart report to apply the color.

  .fusioncharts-legenditem, .fusioncharts-xaxis-0-title, .fusioncharts-yaxis-0-title{
    fill: red !important;
  }
  </style>

I need to have colors on bar graph based on label

i.e in above graph i need to have administrator bar in one color and sree priya bar in other color.

could you please help me on this
