UI requirement
I have 2 properties in UI screen,First property control as drop down and loaded some values.
Now my requirement is based on the value we selected in first dropdown,second property control need to change it as text / check box / drop down etc.Please suggest me how can we achieve same...

Yes it sounds like this might even be a totally different property depending on the first choice. For example, I cannot imagine you would want to use the same property or property type if a checkbox could be a valid option thrown into the mix with dropdowns for free form text.
So throwing all the options on the section and show/hiding them with visible when conditions like Marc suggested it likely the most simple solution here.

Controls(Text, checkbox and etc) based on visibility(when or expression ) it solve your requirement and make sure to post - value of your first input and refresh

Important note made in the previous reply is that you need to "Post value" on change event of the dropdown control and then "Refresh-This section" :
When you post the value and refresh, the rest of the controls on the same section will receive the input needed for the when condition and evaluate it be true/false to show those controls.

refresh section ALWAYS sends all the properties value changes to the server - there is no need in this situation to do a 'POST' followed by a refresh section - the refresh this section is enough
